Who provides the service
Pro CIP Exam Prep is independent exam preparation provided by Isaac Issa Armstrong, an individual seller based in the United States. Contact isaacarmstrong@live.com. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by AIIM.
Your practice package
$45 USD buys one learner 90 consecutive days of access from confirmed payment, with unlimited practice retakes. The package contains five 100-question exams, answer explanations, saved results and domain study priorities. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Any applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment. Your card issuer may apply currency-conversion charges.
What is included
Each timed exam allows 120 minutes. The clock continues if you refresh or close the page, and the server submits the attempt when time expires. Unanswered questions receive no credit. Results and explanations become available after submission. Access to exams and their review ends when your package expires.
Exam version and study materials
The question bank follows the 2023 CIP blueprint. It does not claim coverage of a revised exam unless that coverage is expressly stated before purchase. The official certification exam fee, AIIM membership and licensed study guides are not included. Obtain official materials through AIIM or your authorized training access.
Use your results thoughtfully
Practice scores and study priorities are learning aids. They are not official results, a peer ranking or a guarantee of passing. Repeated attempts can reflect familiarity with the questions. Combine practice with the Body of Knowledge, official study resources and practical understanding.
Account and permitted use
Use your own email address and a unique password. Keep your account private. Your access is for personal study: do not share accounts, resell access, redistribute the question bank or interfere with the service. Report suspected account compromise or content errors to support.
Access problems and changes
Contact support if access fails. We will investigate service faults and explain any necessary account restriction. A change will not reduce a paid learner’s agreed access period or remove applicable consumer rights. If the purchased service cannot be supplied, contact support for an appropriate remedy.
Refunds and your rights
The refund policy forms part of these terms. No statement here excludes rights that applicable law does not allow a seller to exclude. Contact support with questions or a complaint.
