14-day refund promise
Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing isaacarmstrong@live.com. Include the purchase email and receipt reference. No reason is required, and use of the practice exams does not remove this promise.
How refunds work
An approved refund returns to the original payment method and ends the refunded package’s paid access. Your bank determines when the credit appears. We will confirm the refund decision by email. Do not send card numbers or passwords to support.
Other payment problems
After 14 days, contact support about duplicate charges, access failures or a service that was not supplied as described. Requests will be reviewed in light of the circumstances and any applicable legal rights.
No recurring billing
The package is one payment for 90 days, with no subscription to cancel. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
